Lexi Turn is a current fourth-year optometry student attending the Arizona College of Optometry at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. In 2021, she completed her undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. At Concordia, Lexi was a four-year member and two-year captain of the volleyball team.
Lexi first started getting seriously interested in pursuing optometry as a career when she worked as an optometric technician at a local private practice in college. In optometry school, she was a Political Action Committee Liaison, a methods teaching assistant, and an
ophthalmic optics lab assistant, where she worked with various types of glasses, lenses, and prescriptions. At Midwestern University, she was also a member of the private practice club, the sports vision club, and the American Optometric Student Association. Lexi’s current
career passions include private practice, primary care, and soft contact lenses. She is excited to help patients with any of their optometric needs!
When she is not studying and has some free time, Lexi likes to spend time with family and friends, travel, read, go to the movie theater, and play and watch volleyball. She loves traveling to new places, eating delicious food, being on the beach, and seizing every opportunity!
